1. Digital Products Policy
Please note that TruePager is a digital service offering immediate access to our platform and features upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, which are intangible and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Continuous Access: You will continue to have access to TruePager features until the end of your current billing period.
- No Automatic Refunds: Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for the current period.
- Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
3. Free Trial
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. Once a paid subscription begins, the standard no-refund policy applies.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is strictly no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe your situation warrants a review (e.g., technical errors where you were double charged), please contact our support team immediately.
